Job description

Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for Band 7 CPN’s to fill a full-time role in the Mental Health Team based in East London. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of working with Mental Health Services.

 

We are looking for Band 7 CPN’s to work for at least 3 months in East London working with the Mental Health Service.

 

The pay rate for this Band 7 CPN’s role is up to £31 (umbrella rate) and is due to start as soon as possible.

 

The shift pattern is Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Responsibilities:

  • Work as team senior providing supervision & support to junior staff, deputise for team manager as required.
  • Manage a small caseload of complex CPA care coordinated clients.
  • Attend & chair team meetings as required & support with referral processes, risk management etc in team.
  • Liaise with other MHS leads.
 

Skills:

  • Leadership/supervisor experience.
  • CPA knowledge.
  • MH assessment & treatment skills.
  • Knowledge of area beneficial, use of RiO essential
