Maxxima's nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 7 Discharge Nurse to fill a full-time role in West London. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of complex discharge within the NHS.

In this NHS role, you will work in an Access and Response, inpatient team supporting all nurses to ensure the timely completion and service provision has an awareness of complex discharge including continuing health care process. You must be a self-motivated team player who will demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to confidently liaise with all members of the multi-disciplinary teams.

This role is Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours a day.

The pay rate for this Band 7 Discharge Nurse is £30.00 per hour (Umbrella). This will be a 6-month contract due to start ASAP.

Requirements of this Band 7 Discharge Nurse vacancy:
All applications must have a Valid NMC pin.
You must have excellent communication skills.
Must be able to complete assessments.
Must have previous Access and Response experience.
