Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for a Band 7 Discharge Team Coordinator to fill a full-time role in one of three hospitals in Manchester at either North Manchester, Manchester Royal Infirmary and Wythenshawe Hospital.
 
The team are looking for candidates from a clinical background – ideally Nursing/Therapy but you do not need to have an active registration to apply for this role.
 
You must have senior experience / experience of working within an acute hospital supporting patient flow in-depth knowledge of ward processes and pathways along with an in-depth knowledge of discharge processes and pathways and have experience working with operation and clinical teams leading patients flow.
 
The team are asking for candidates with excellent communications skills and who have the ability to work across wide range professions - from ward clerks to consultants and senior management.
 
This role will be Monday to Friday, 09:00- 17:00, part time would be considered for the right applicants.
 
The pay rate for this Band 7 Discharge Team Coordinator is £28.00 per hour for weekdays, increasing for weekends.
