Maxxima's nursing team are current recruiting for a Band 7 Early Help Pathway Lead to fill a full-time role in Broadstairs, Kent. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of CAMHS and practices within the NHS.

In this NHS role, you will need to provide assessments, consultations and interventions through the Early Help Pathway for cases referred through the SPA which will be from KCC Early Help. You will need to continue to always be confident and comfortable around people and be able to handle diverse situations.

This role is a Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00.

The pay rate for this Band 7 Early Help Pathway Lead is £27.00 per hour (Umbrella), 3-month contract due to start ASAP.

Requirements of this Band 7 Early Help Pathway Lead vacancy:
* Must have experience in working within CAMHS.
* Desirable to have knowledge about the networks across agencies.
* You must have good communication and assessment skills.
* You must have a knowledge of interventions using brief models in line with clinical pathways and NICE guidelines.
