Maxxima’s nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 7 Nurse who specialises in bladder and bowel problems to fill a full-time role in various locations across West Essex community sites. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of bladder and bowel problems within the NHS.

In this NHS role, you will support service leaders in the planning, coordinating, delivering and evaluating of the bladder and bowel service in line with the recommendations of current national and local guidelines. You will need to manage a large caseload of patients with complex bladder and/or bowel problems who require highly specialist assessments, treatments and referrals. You will need to support service leaders in providing clinical and professional leadership to the community nursing teams.

This role is for 3 days per week - Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 09:00-17:00, however hours can be flexible

The pay rate for this Band 7 Nurse is £30.00 per hour (Umbrella). This will be a 3-month contract due to start ASAP.

Requirements of this Band 7 Nurse vacancy:

• All applications must be a Registered General nurse and have a Valid NMC pin.

• Must have current knowledge of both bladder and bowel care.

• Must have a driving licence and access to a car for work purposes.

• Desirable to have ISC experience and indwelling catheter care and management.
