Maxxima's nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 7 Pathway Lead to fill a full-time role in Essex. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of Emotional wellbeing and mental health (EWMHS) practices within the NHS.

This NHS role will require you to manage pathway until the substantive post is filled.

You will need to;
*Hold and manage a clinical case load
*Support the pathway to achieve its targets
*Always offer supervision to not just patients but fellow colleagues too.
*You will need to manage the waiting list and attend key meetings.

This role can be flexible for the right candidates, working up to 37 hours over 5 or less days.

The pay rate for this Band 7 Pathway Lead/ Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health Service Nurse is £28.00 (umbrella rate)

Requirements for this Band 7 Pathway Lead vacancy:
* You must be a registered nurse with a valid NMC.
* You must feel confident in completing assessments.
* Must be able to manage staff.
* Be confident and experienced in Emotional wellbeing and mental health services
* Must be able to manage a diverse caseload.
* Must have a good organisation.
