Maxxima's nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 7 Registered Mental Health Nurse to fill a full-time role in Kensington and Chelsea. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of Mental Health practices within the NHS.

In this NHS role, you will support the team manager in providing a unified and integrated management structure for all staff in the community mental health team. You must assist the team manager in developing a model of working with service users with complex, long-term needs, ensuring that services are provided to the highest possible standard and that there is a constant team focus on preparing services users. You will need to organise staffing and rotas, allocate casework and help manage complaints, concerns and incidents.

This role is working 30 hours a week over 4 days.

The pay rate for this Band 7 Registered Mental Health Nurse is £31.25 per hour (Umbrella), 3-month contract due to start ASAP.

Requirements of this Band 7 Registered Mental Health Nurse vacancy:
* Must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
* All applications must be a registered mental health nurse with Valid NMC pin.
* All applicants must have community mental health experience.
* Must have previous experience working with mental health.
