Job description

Maxxima Nursing Team is currently seeking for a Band 7 Registered Mental Health nurse to join the Adolescent Eating Disorder unit based in Rochford, Essex. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge and skills working within Mental Health and ideally Child and Adolescents Mental Health.

In this NHS role you will be a eating disorder specialist nurse and offer meal support for one individual young person with an eating disorder awaiting transfer to ED specialist bed.

This role is full-time, working over 7 days a week shift rota Monday-Sunday, between 8am-6pm.

The pay rate for this Band 7 Registered Mental Health Nurse role is £27.00- £43.20 per hour (Umbrella). This role is to start immediately and will be for the duration of 6 weeks.

Requirements of the Band 7 RMN role:

  • You must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC pin
  • You must have experience within CAMHS or working with young people
  • You must have excellent assessment and time management skills
  • Must have experience within eating disorder teams
