Maxxima Nursing Team is currently seeking an experienced Band 7 Specialist Children's Nurse to fill a full time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm role in Barking. The ideal candidate will have expert experience working as a children's nurse within the NHS.

The pay rate for this locum Band 7 Specialist Children's Nurse job is £24.00 per hour (Umbrella) and is a 2 month contract.

In this NHS role, you will be responsible for carrying out assessments of children to the service in order to support clinical diagnosis. This role will be based in the community which means you will be required to conduct home visits and will also be required to support nurse led consultant clinics.

Requirements of the Band 7 Specialist Children's Nurse role:

- You must be a Paediatric Nurse
- You must have Health Visiting skills
- You must have experience working with children and the ability to assess children's development
- You must be trained in using the RIO system
