Maxxima’s nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 7 Specialist Community Team Lead to fill a full-time role in Hertfordshire. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of Tissue Viability within the NHS.
In this NHS role, you will advise first-line HCP’s regarding all aspects of Tissue Viability best practice with their caseloads. You will assess and manage patients with all types of tissue viability needs and care plans, this will include, skincare, exercise, compression therapy, and advanced wound therapies to support care close to home and avoid hospital admission where possible. 
This role is Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00, 37.5 hours a week. 
The pay rate for this Band 7 Specialist Community Team Lead is £30.00 per hour (Umbrella). This will be a 3-month contract due to start ASAP.
Requirements of this Band 7 Specialist Community Team Lead vacancy:
  • Must be a Band 7 Specialist Community Team Lead Nurse.
  • All applications must have a Valid NMC pin. 
  • Must have System 1 training. 
  • Preferably a car driver.
