Maxxima's Nursing team are currently recruiting for a band 7 Specialist Continence Nurse to fill a full time, 9am - 5pm role in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of continence nursing practices within the NHS.
The service delivers a bladder/bowel dysfunction service for patients with or without incontinence to provide effective clinical care, management and treatment. The service provides skilled nursing assessment, treatment and advice to people with complex continence needs, including urinary and/or faecal problems. Your role will be to take on a leadership role and expertise in professional nursing issues in providing the expert knowledge in Continence for the Trust. Leading on all professional issues relating predominantly to the field of Continence and complex continence management
The pay rate for this locum band 7 Specialist Continence Nurse job is £28.00 per hour (Umbrella) and is a full time contract, due to start in October.

- You must be a registered general nurse with a valid NMC pin
- You must have previous experience in continence products, bladder scanning, urinalysis, letters to refers.
- You must have previous NHS experience
