Maxxima's nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 7 Specialist Nurse-Frailty to fill a full-time role in Widnes, Lancashire. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of frailty within the NHS.

In this NHS role, you will be an integral member of the multi-disciplinary Frailty Team, this is where you will maximise the patient's health, clinically assess and treat patients in a defined group and reduce risks that contribute to ill health. Your task is to reduce unnecessary admissions to acute services and reduce all possible demands on GP time. You will undertake clinical assessments and provide treatment for patients within the defined group.

This role is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week but could also consider part-time hours.

The pay rate for this Band 7 Specialist Nurse-Frailty is £32.00 per hour (Umbrella). This will be a 3-month contract due to start ASAP.

Requirements of this Band 7 Specialist Nurse-Frailty vacancy:
Must be a registered general nurse with valid NMC pin
All applications must have experience with diagnostics and clinical exams.
Must have clinical diagnostic skills.
Must have NMP V300.
Must have a driving licence and access to a car for work purposes.
