Maxxima Nursing Team is currently seeking for a Band 8 Integrated Team Manager to fill a full-time role in Folkestone, Kent. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge and skills as a Team Manager.

In this NHS role, you will be responsible for the operational delivery and day to day running of the Locality Team.
This role will be full time to meet the needs of the team. Working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00, however, this can be flexible for the correct candidate. 

The pay rate for this locum Band 8 Integrated Team Manager job is £32.00 per hour (Umbrella) due to start ASAP.

Requirements of the Band 8 Integrated Team Manager role:
  • You must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with valid NMC Pin.
  • You must have an extensive knowledge of CAMHS services.
  • You must have good communication and organisation skills.
  • You must have senior leadership skills.
  • You must have management experience.
