Job description

An exciting position has just opened for an experienced Sonographer to join the Ultrasound team in Bristol. You will be working weekend shifts from 09:00-17:00. The hospital is in one of Bristol's most bustling settings. With many shops and new facilities close by, which is perfect for providing you with the chance to experience a different side to locum-life while building on your clinical expertise. The ideal candidate will have an expert understanding of Ultrasound practices, with MSK experience.

The Ultrasound team are looking for someone to start ASAP, this role is ongoing. The starting pay rate for this job is £40-45 per hour.

You must have a relevant qualification in Ultrasound Radiography.

Requirements of the Sonographer role include:

  • Performing ultrasound examinations that yield important diagnostic information
  • Communicating with the ultrasound team members and liaising with other disciplinary teams
  • Keeping accurate records and updating records when needed
  • Ensuring a high standard of patient care and actively improve the patient experience
