Maxxima’s nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 8a Advanced Nurse Practitioner to fill a full-time role in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of safeguarding within the NHS.
 
In this NHS role, you will provide clinical leadership and advice to the ward teams and ensure that the team provide clinical excellence in the delivery of high-quality patient centred care. You will need to manage your own caseload of patients, providing leadership, clinical knowledge and skill to support the nurse practitioners and ward team in managing their caseloads also.
 
This role is 22.5 hours a week.
 
The pay rate for this Band 8a Advanced Nurse Practitioner is £34.00 per hour and mileage at 0.24p per mile (Umbrella). This will be a 3 -month contract due to start ASAP.
 
Requirements of this Band 8a Advanced Nurse Practitioner vacancy:
  • All applications must have a Valid NMC pin.
  • Must have experience handling your own caseload.
  • Must be able to manage individuals.
  • Must be a highly motivated.
  • Must be able to work under pressure.
  • Must have well developed IT skills.
  • Must be a car driver.
