Job description

Maxxima's nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 8a Clinical Nurse Specialist to fill a full-time role in a CAMHS Service in West London. The ideal candidates will have a significant understanding of CAMHS and the practices within the NHS.

This NHS role will require you to work with individuals in the CAMHS service with diverse needs. You will work with people that have Autistic spectrum disorders and ADHD and it will be your role to keep them calm and relaxed and show you are a support network for them. You must ensure all file information is logged correctly and family members and careers are informed with any progress and future development.

This role is 09:00-17:00, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week, 4 days a week may be considered.

The pay rate for this Band 8a Clinical Nurse Specialist is £35.00 per hour (Umbrella) with a start date of ASAP.

Requirements for this Band 8a Clinical Nurse Specialist vacancy:
* You must be a Clinical Nurse Specialist or a registered Psychologist Practitioner with active registration
* You must have similar service experience.
* Must have experience working in CAMHS.
* Desirably a non-medical prescriber.
