Maxxima Nursing Team is currently seeking for a Band 8b Clinical Service Manager fill a full time role in North London.  The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge and skills working within a mental health inpatient setting.  
 
The hours for this role are full time, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
 
This NHS role will require you to provide clinical leadership over a PICU, crisis team, and acute care pathway, with a focus on safety, clinical standards, and day to day operational processes. You will be be responsible for the planning, organisation and delivery of services including the management of all staff and related budgets.

The pay rate for this locum Band 8b Clinical Service Manager job is £40.00 per hour (Umbrella).
 
Requirements of the Band 8b Clinical Service Manager role:
  • You must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC pin
  • You will ideally have a relevant project management / leadership qualification  
  • You must have experience in managing mental health services at senior level.
