Job description

Maxxima are currently recruiting for band 6 HCPC registered biomedical scientists speacilist to fill a Haematology and Transfusion role in a buys Central London NHS Trust.

Candidates will have experience in Haematology and  Blood Transfusion, Coagulation, and Morphology. Ideally Winpath expreince would be preferential. In terms of analysers we would require expreince with IH-500 or IH-1000 for Blood Transfusion and Sysmex for Haematology and Coagulation
Work pattern for day shifts (Monday to Friday)  are 8 am to 4 pm; 12 to 8 pm – 1 hour lunch break - 35 hpw; with night shifts lasting from 8pm to 8am with 1 h lunch break. W

The pay rate for this biomedical scientist role is £20-25 p/h, depending on experience with uplifts paid for out of hours work
