Maxxima is excited to offer competitive rates to a Band 4 Rehab Assistant to join an Admission Avoidance / crisis intervention team working across 3 East London boroughs. It will be a dynamic role working in both, the community (in patients’ property), as well as in an A+E setting. You will be involved in the rapid response for therapy assessments in acute frailty settings helping the Occupational therapists in their rehabilitation of a wide range of patients.
The role will be working full-time Mon-Fri, on a 4-month contract which can potentially be extended. Pay rates are competitive and can be negotiated with the client.
Requirements of this vacancy:
  • Available ASAP
  • Motivated and enthusiastic individuals with a can-do attitude
  • Previous experience of working within health care field and would be interested or have experience of working within a therapy service as a rehab assistant role/NHS care
  • Being a car driver with access to a car is essential for this role
  • Located in Essex/East London or willing to commute
