Maxxima have recently partnered with  one of the UK’s specialist provider of diagnostic and healthcare solutions. We are currently looking for an experienced Charge Nurse, who can provide overall support for the clinical leadership of the service. This post is based in Peterborough, which is easily accessible via public transport.
About the role:
As a Charge Nurse, you will be working in a specialist 105 bed care home providing neurological care and neuro rehabilitation for people with progressive or acquired neurological conditions.

Your main responsibilities as a Charge Nurse:
  • Manage a team of very experienced Nurses
  • Provide high level clinical expertise to the team
  • Work within a multi-disciplinary team to assess and consult swiftly
  • Safeguard and promote the safety and welfare of all service users

  • A NMC pin
  • Experience or skills to manage a team of experienced nurses
