Maxxima’s permanent team are recruiting for a Clinical Pharmacist – Cancer services based in London. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s private leading comprehensive clinics in the heart of London.

As Clinical Pharmacist you will Provide a comprehensive and patient centered clinical pharmacy service to patients on this adult cancer ward.

Location: London

Employment Type: Permanent, Full time hours

Hrs: 37.5 hours a week Mon – Sun + on-call

On a typical day you will:

  • Provide release of chemotherapy products according to GMP
  • Facilitate and promote rational and optimal medicines usage
  • Provide assimilated and relevant medicines information to healthcare professionals and patients
  • To participate in the out of hours pharmacy service as per agreed roster
What will you need to succeed in this role?

  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council UK
  • Post graduate qualification in Clinical Pharmacy practice or equivalent experience (in the process of obtaining the diploma may be considered)
  • Experience in an acute healthcare setting with comprehensive rotations in hospital Pharmacy
  • Clinical Oncology experience and aseptic services experience
