Maxxima Nursing team have an exciting new vacancy for a Clinical Research Nurse Manager to join this Clinical Research Site in Sheffield.

You will be working as part of a company that assists pharmaceutical and contract research organisations find the right patient, for trials. This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Nurse Manager putting the patient at the heart of what you do. You will be acting as part of the leadership team to ensure the clinical area of the research site provides a high quality and safe environment. Part of your role will be to managing nursing activities and you will be recruiting and maintaining optimum patient numbers by providing a high level of leadership to your team.

This is a full-time permanent position starting ASAP.

The salary range is £38’000-£45’000 per annum + benefits.

You must have the following to apply:

  • Registered nurse with NMC Registration
  • 5+ years post registration experience
  • Clinical research experience is desirable
  • Experience in managing a Clinical team
  • Ability to work in a team within a multidisciplinary environment with minimal supervision
  • A patient focussed attitude
  • Self motivated and excellent organisational skills
