Job description
Maxxima’s permanent team are recruiting for Clinical Trials Coordinator on a permanent basis to work for the leading provider of clinical services specialising in cognitive impairment.
As Clinical Trials Coordinator role you will be responsible for the set up and delivery of all clinical trials according to RCH governance, operational, financial and developmental strategies and in compliance with Good Clinic Practice (GCP) principles.
Location: Surrey
Employment Type: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week

As Clinical Trials Coordinator role you will be responsible for the set up and delivery of all clinical trials according to RCH governance, operational, financial and developmental strategies and in compliance with Good Clinic Practice (GCP) principles.

What’s in it for you?

On a typical day you will:
- Assist in the preparation for any Sponsor, CRO and regulatory audits and inspections
- Assist The management of the clinical trials’ operational aspect including clinical trials participants and any external vendors
- Be accountable for ICH-GCP compliance across all assigned studies
- Ensure that the highest levels of customer/patient care and clinical delivery are maintained at all times
- Support the development of the business by working closely with clinicians and consultant to maximise business opportunities and recruit patients
- Life sciences degree or similar with min 2:1
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a CTA/Senior CTA or CTC are essential
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems
