Maxxima’s nursing team is currently recruiting for Band 6 RMN’s to fill a full-time role in the Mental Health Team based in Oldham. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of working with Mental Health Services.

 

We are looking for a Band 6 RMN’s to work for at least 3 months in Oldham working with the Mental Health Service.

 

The pay rate for this Band 6 RMN’s role is up to £24 (umbrella rate) and is due to start as soon as possible.

 

These roles are 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday

LOCATION - Royal Oldham Hospital. Oldham. OL12JH

HOURS – 37.5. Mon – Friday 09:00 – 17:00

 

MAIN DUTIES

 

  • Assessment of Older People with MH issues under Care Programme Approach/ Care Act
  • Care & Support Planning
  • Managing risk, formulating management plans & monitoring Clients in the community
  • Take positive risks & support clients to live in their home as long as possible
  • Monitor MS by working in partnership with individuals, their families & carers
  • Undertake Safeguarding investigations
Participate in the duty rota.
