Community Nurse- Permanent – Edinburgh
Maxxima’s permanent team are recruiting for a Community Mental Health Nurse on a permanent basis to work for the UK's Leading Charity.
Location: Edinburgh
Employment Type: Permanent, 18.75 hours, Mon-Fri (Hybrid working available)

On a typical day you will:
To working within a multi-disciplinary team to complete a full clinical needs assessment and identify presenting problems and goals. To then work with the service users to create a treatment pathway and support them on this journey through group work and 1:1 work. This will include working with other disciplines and outside agencies to achieve a person-centric approach whilst building resilient and promoting recovery.
What will you need to succeed in this role?
• Registered Level 1 Mental Health Nurse
• Two years post qualification experience
• Evidence of personal and professional development since Registration.
• Evidence of revalidation
• Evidence of participation in clinical governance
