Maxxima's Social Work team are currently recruiting for a Service Manage to fill a full-time job roles in Cornwall
The roles will be based within Hospital Services, who are looking for Family Support Workers to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis. The pay rate for these roles is £44 per hour and the roles will initially be a three-month contract, with the likelihood of extension.

This role is in Adults, we are only interested in candidates who have worked as service manager level as a minimum in Adults
Role is to be responsible for Care Management services to a locality area. Line management of 4-5 Team Managers who manage operational staff including Social Workers and Case Coordinators.
Client group is older people, people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and their carers.
Responsible for delivering high quality assessment and care management within the Care Act.
