Maxxima have recently partnered with  one of the UK’s specialist provider of diagnostic and healthcare solutions. We are currently looking for an experienced CT Radiographer, who can provide overall support for the clinical leadership of the service. This post is based in Lincoln, which is easily accessible via public transport.

About the role:
As a CT Radiographer, you will be working in a clinical and service development capacity to ensure the service to patients is planned, delivered and evaluated in line with evidence-based practice. Working closely with the multi-disciplinary team to help create and maintain a robust service.

Your main responsibilities as a CT Radiographer:

  • You will advise and assist less experienced staff ensuring high radiographicstandards are maintained at all times

  • You will work as an autonomous practitioner within the multidisciplinary team, streamlining thecare pathway for patients with acute illness, undertaking high quality CT radiography,interpreting the resultant images and inputting into the further management of patients

  • You will help organise the workload and staff for an identified clinical area and undertake CT/diagnostic radiography while working effectively as part of the team within the clinicalimaging department

  • You will provide emergency reports out of normal hours on a rotational basis 

What we are looking for in a CT Radiographer:

  • BSc (Hons) Radiography or DCR

  • HCPC registered

  • Masters level PGC,/PGD in CT head reporting

  • Must be willing to work towards other areas of CT reporting

  • Senior experience in CT/Radiography

  • Significant experience within the trauma/stroke setting
