Maxxima’s permanent team are recruiting for a DSE Manager in East London. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s private leading comprehensive clinics in the heart of London.
The successful candidate will provide support and guidance to the DSE team.
Location: East London
Employment Type: Permanent, Full time
Hrs: Full time 37.5 hours per week.

What will your day to day look like:
- You will ensure the efficient performance of the team
- You will manage each individual’s performance with their allocated clients ensuring that all obligations of the DSE assessor are fulfilled
- Ensuring that the employer is meeting their obligations under the Display Screen Equipment Act 1992
- Provide support and advice to both the employee and employer to ensure that the workplace environment is safe and productive
- Health qualification
- Anatomy knowledge
- DSE assessment knowledge & experience
- Ability to communicate effectively and engage/motivate people to make changes to their habits
