Maxxima's Social Work team are currently recruiting for Children's Social Workers to fill job roles in Northampton

The role will be based within Children and Families Services who are looking for Qualified Social Workers to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis. The pay rate for these roles is up to £36 per hour, and the roles will initially be a three-month contract, with the likelihood of extension.

We are looking for experienced Children and Families Social Workers to work in the following busy services

Northampton County Council through OPUS is recruiting for 2X Qualified Social Worker Role in the Duty and Assessment Team at the rate of £36/hr. £150 weekly accommodation will apply accordingly

The Duty and Assessment service is the single point of contact for all safeguarding concerns relating to children and young people in Northamptonshire.

Professionals from a range of services that have contact with children, young people, their families and carers, collaborate to ensure immediate and prompt responses. Their combined knowledge and expertise keep children and young people in Northamptonshire safe from harm.

With a rotating duty element, working at pace and to tight deadlines, completing robust short-term quality assessments of need, ensuring the right service provision is in place and that the child's voice is evident throughout.
