Neurological Rehabilitation service for adults over 18 with acquired brain injuries or neuro generative conditions.
Three wards:-
Millwood – Slow stream rehabilitation, we manage acquired brain injuries such as anoxic brain injuries, brain tumours, infections such as meningitis or encephalitis, strokes, subarachnoid heamorrage, traumatic brain injuries such as road traffic accidents.
Fernwood – High Dependency for individuals with acquired brain injuries who need support with breathing via tracheostomy or assisted ventilation.
Rosewood – Residential ward
For individuals with either a brain injury or neuro condition such as Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, Brain Tumour, Guillain Barre Syndrome, Huntingdon’s Disease, Korsakoff’s Disease, Motor Neurone Disease, MS, Parkinson’s Disease.
