Maxxima’s Social Work team are currently recruiting for Qualified Social Workers to fill job roles in Bury

The roles will be based within an Adults Team, who are looking for Qualified Social Workers to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis.

The pay rate for this role is up to £25 per hour, and the role will initially be a three-month contract, with the likelihood of extension.

We are looking for experienced Adult Social Workers with experience of working in a busy Statutory service

PENDING A RESTRUCTURE WE ARE LOOKING TO RECRUIT A NUMBER OF AGENCY HOSPITAL SOCIAL WORKERS ALL WORKERS MUST HAVE LEVEL 3 EXPERIENCE OF HOSPITAL DISCHARGE SETTINGS - MCA AND SAFEGUARDING - CARE ACT COMPLIANCE AND MUST BE RESILIENT DUE TO NATURE OF ROLE AND ABLE TO COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY WITH VARIOUS CUSTOMERS

 

HOSPITAL SOCIAL WORKER LEVEL REQUIRED BASED AT NORTH MANCHESTER GENERAL HOSPITAL INTEGRATED DISCHARGE TEAM OR FAIRFIELD GENERAL INTEGRATEDDISCHARGE TEAM BURY

LEVEL 3 QUALIFIED WORKER ( ADULTS)

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE OF HOSPITAL DISHARGES AND ABLE TO WORK IN A FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT

LEVEL 3 KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE OF THE CARE ACT - MENTAL CAPACITY ACT - SAFEEGUARDING - DOLS- HOUSING SUPPORT AND PATHWAYS FROM HOSPITAL.

EVIDENCE OF MEETING CRITERIA MUST BE SHOWN ON CV

PREFERENCE TO LIQUID LOGIC USERS

WEEKEND WORKING ON A ROLLING ROTA -DAILY HOURS OF WORK 8:45 - 17:00

SATURDAY WORK -MONDAY REST DAY

SUNDAY WORKED - FRIDAY REST DAY
