Locum Band 6 Physiotherapist - Medical Wards
Location: Barnsley
Job Type: Temporary/Full-time

Maxxima are currently recruiting for a band 6 physiotherapist to fill a role based on medical wards in Barnsley.
The physiotherapy ward team provide a physiotherapy service to patients on the Trust’s medical wards. Patients can be seen on admission in A&E or EMU and they are then followed up when they move wards. Patients are referred with a wide range of conditions, including respiratory, cardiology and neurological conditions and with an ageing population a large % of patients are elderly and require help with mobility.
The suitable candidate will have experience working at an acute NHS Trust.

- A degree (or equivalent) e.g. BSc, MSc or Diploma entry level qualification in physiotherapy
- HCPC registered
- NHS experience at band 5 level as a minimum
