Locum Band 6 Community Physiotherapist
Location: Bristol
Job Type: Temporary/Full-Time
Job Starts: ASAP
Maxxima are currently recruiting for an experienced physiotherapist to fill a community role in Bristol with the Home First Team.
The suitable candidate will ideally have D2A/Home First or community experience. You will be expected to assist discharges from acute trusts back into the patient's own homes or a residential home. We would like a full time locum but happy for the hours to be 8-6 over 4 days. We would ideally be looking for a locum who has worked within a Home First (D2A) or community experience.
We are ideally looking for full time candidates (37.5 hours), but will also consider part time (minimum 18.75 hours). Shifts are Monday - Friday and hours are available between 08:00 and 18:00.

- A degree (or equivalent) e.g. BSc, MSc or Diploma entry level qualification in physiotherapy
- HCPC registered
- Car driver with access to own car
- Community/D2A experience
