Maxxima's Social Work team are currently recruiting for Children's Social Workers to fill job roles in Coventry

The roles will be based within Children and Families Services who are looking for Qualified Social Workers to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis. The pay rate for these roles is up to £27 per hour, and the roles will initially be a three-month contract, with the likelihood of extension.

You will need to be an experienced Social Worker with substantial post qualified expertise

Through Care works with looked-after children and care leavers aged 12-25. This is an exciting service to be a part of with the voice of the child central to all the work we do. The service is co-located with carers advisors, a housing liaison officer and looked-after CAMHS. In addition Coventry is also a trial site for both Lifelong Links an innovative project to support young people leaving care build strong support networks and Leaving Well a social finance funded project to improve outcomes for care leavers through an interactive App. Coventry children are achieving great things, we have record numbers of care leavers at University, as well as many more doing apprenticeships, further training or in employment. Coventry is part of the National Leaving Care Benchmarking Forum and we are keen to add to our dynamic and passionate team of social workers and personal advisers.

We are currently looking to recruit a temporary social worker to the team whilst recruiting to the permanent post.
