Job description

Maxxima's Nursing team are currently recruiting for a Mental Health Recovery Worker to fill a part time, 15-25 hours per week, permanent role in Warwickshire. The ideal candidate will have a significant experience of working with adults with a variety of mental health needs.

In this role, you will work with patients with a variety of mental health needs and aid them towards their recovery. You will encourage service users to recognise, understand and manage factors that affect their mental wellbeing and physical health. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team, providing a smooth transition between community mental health treatment services.

The pay rate for this locum Mental Health Recovery Worker job is £16,858 per annum, pro rata, and is a part time, permanent contract, due to start asap.

Requirements and details of this Mental Health Recovery Worker vacancy:

* You must have an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
* You must have experience working with patients with a variety of mental health needs.
* You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate a proactive and highly motivated attitude.
