NHS CAMHS Social Work Practitioners – Nottinghamshire – NHS CAMHS Health Services
Location: NOTTINGHAMSHIRE
Job Type: Temporary/Full Time
Maxxima are currently recruiting for a NHS CAMHS Social Work Practitioners to fill a Temporary/Full Time role for Children and Families Services to fill a role in NOTTINGHAMSHIRE.
Role Purpose:
To work as part of the wider multi-disciplinary Community Child and Adolescent Mental Health Team to enhance the mental and emotional well-being of children and young people within Nottinghamshire.
Role Context:
Enhance and support universal service professionals to promote and support the emotional health and wellbeing of children, young people and families through contributing to professional consultation and training
To enhance access to the mental health services for children and young people for whom it is clinically indicated so to allow timely assessment, formulation and evidence-based intervention within a multi-agency framework
Provide therapeutic mental health assessment, formulation and appropriate evidence based intervention within a variety of community settings to better facilitate engagement and outcomes for children, young people and their carers
Work within the Choice and Partnership Approach framework
Utilise Routine Outcome Measures so to ensure partnership working which is goal specific and evidenced
Collaborate and liaise with agencies, creating positive and helpful relationships
Support the eradication of stigma associated with mental health services
Support partnership working through offering children, young people and families/carers choice and flexibility in the service they receive
Promote the safety and welfare of service-users and their families/carers
Co-ordinate and facilitate appropriate care planning
Maintain a professional attitude so to be a positive advocate of the wider CAMHS service
The pay rate for this NHS CAMHS Social Work Practitioners is up to £23 per hour umbrella
