Maxxima's Social Work team are currently recruiting for Community Care Officers to fill full-time job roles in Nottingham
The roles will be based within Hospital Services, who are looking for Community Care Officers to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis. The pay rate for these roles is £13 per hour and the roles will initially be a three-month contract, with the likelihood of extension.
Requirements and details of this vacancy:
Based in the Hospital Team these Community Care Officers will be responsible for completing assessments of citizens both in the acute hospital and community rehab/assessment beds following hospital admission. The Hospital team provides a very important service to citizens who are being discharged from the hospital and often deals with crisis situations as well. We are looking for candidates with initiative and enthusiasm and ideally some assessment experience. Rate no room for negotiation and expenses/mileage will not be paid. Only 100% clear DBS accepted.
