Maxxima’s Nursing Team is currently recruiting for an experienced Nurse to join this new team as a REGIONAL MANAGER covering 2 sites in London.


The sites based in Stratford and Croydon, are led by an experienced Service Delivery Lead Nurse and provide health care and phlebotomy services.


Your role will be

  • Working 5 days a week, 5 over 6 days from the end of November
  • Responsible for the provision of clinical leadership to Healthcare Support Workers and SDLs
  • Focus on the day-to-day delivery of excellence in quality care provision, ensuring all clinical governance and compliance targets are met, services are safe and delivered seamlessly
  • Management oversight for staff attendance and scheduling across fixed and mobile locations
  • First point of escalation for operational queries
Hours of work are between 7.30am – 6pm and we are looking for an experienced Nurse looking for a rewarding new role, working as part of a wider national team. You will be supported by the contract director and chief Nurse, as well as support from Maxxima.


This position is an ASAP start. Paying £35.00 per hour umbrella.


The role is available until at least the end of March 2023, with a view to extension after this date.


To be considered you must be an NMC registered Nurse with experience of leadership and be willing to work across both sites.
