Job description

 To undertake independent assessment and provision of OT for those living with a neurological condition. To visit people in their own homes/nursing home. To have clear and sound clinical reasoning. To assist with the management and reduction of waiting list. To have experience of OT provision relating to neurological conditions. To have knowledge of environmental assessment and equipment provision, treatments relating to reduced mobility and cognition, neurological fatigue and upper limb management ie splinting, vocational rehab and participation within occupations. An awareness of and ability to respond to risks ie environment, safeguarding, infection control and CNWL systems and processes. To be able to access CNWL systems ie system 1.

Location: Milton Keynes (Bletchley Community Hospital)
Hours: 09:00-17:00
Duration: Ongoing
Essential skills:

HCPC registered
Radiotherapy experience
Relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy
