The Occupational Therapy team at Maxxima are currently recruiting for a Band 5/6 Occupational Therapist in London. The successful Occupational Therapist will be required to work part time (15 hours). This role is available to start ASAP; the starting pay rate for this job is £19-25 per hour. We are looking for highly motivated, passionate and enthusiastic team players with a positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent holistic care and interventions. You will be supported by the multidisciplinary team members to develop your clinical skills and competency to provide rehabilitation plans for a varied caseload of patients for up to six weeks. Essential that you have current HPC registration and recognised qualifications as an Occupational Therapist. Experience working with stroke or patients with a neurological conditions, demonstrate neuro- rehabilitation skills for specialist assessment and treatment of clients with stroke, and working in the community. Need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a positive and innovative approach, commitment to multi-disciplinary team working/skill sharing.

Essential skills:
  • HCPC (or equivalent) registered.
  • Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification.
  • Must have a full UK Driving licence.
