The Occupational Therapy team at Maxxima are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist in Guilford (Jarvis Centre). The successful Occupational Therapist will be required to work full-time. This role is available to start ASAP; the starting pay rate for this job is £25-28 per hour, we are looking for a paediatric OT who has experience with working with children (0-19 years) with neuro disability and developmental difficulties in the community. Previous experience of working in the NHS and assessment for EHCP is also required. We see children at clinic, in their own homes and schools. We would prefer a car driver but might be flexible if the therapist can get to either base. Part-time and full time hours considered. We are working to reduce our waiting times to 18 weeks. We will consider remote working and provide lap top and Phone and training to enable the therapist to use EMIS our Electronic Patient record

Essential skills:
  • HCPC (or equivalent) registered.
  • Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification.
  • Must have a full UK Driving licence.
