Maxxima’s permanent team are recruiting for a Pharma Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Europe’s largest contract research organisations (CRO).
As Project Manager you will be working with the Director of Project Management, Project Management Team and Study Team to ensure the successful delivery of stand-alone projects or programmes of work, by application of project management principles and implementation of project management methodologies and processes.
Location: Remotely based with travel to sites - UK or EU based considered
Employment Type: Permanent, Full time hours
Hrs: 8.30-4.30 (UK hrs)

On a typical day you will:
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope
- Coordination and management of the activities of individual projects and team members in a manner that ensures all budgetary requirements, timelines and target deliverables are met
- Conduct study feasibility and site selection, set-up and management of site(s)
- Participate in client meetings including, but not limited to, bid defence presentations, Kick Off Meetings, Investigator Meetings etc which will require occasional travel
What will you need to succeed in this role?
- A life sciences degree and/or recognised project management qualification
- Client facing, full service, end-end clinical trial management experience from a pharma/biotech company or CRO
- At least 3 years’ experience of management and coordination of clinical trials
