Location: PETERBOROUGH
Job Type: Temporary/Full Time
The pay rate for this Adults’ Social Workers role is up to £30 per hour umbrella.
Expectations of the role:
· To carry out Care Act assessments (mainly completed remotely using available technology)
· To carry out Mental Capacity assessments (as above)
· To participate in the Single Point of Access triage which discusses and agrees peoples pathways for discharge
· To participate on the Duty function
· To support adult safeguarding enquiries
· To be familiar with Mosaic client database
· To be familiar with the Continuing Health Care Process
