On 5th April 2024, the recruitment agency arm of Maxxima became part of Pulse.
The Maxxima brand still exists as a ‘managed service provider’, working directly with NHS and private sector clients to manage their staffing needs. As a Pulse healthcare professional, you’ll still have access to all these great opportunities and more.
Our Maxxima recruitment teams have moved across to Pulse too, and we’re fully committed to delivering the best possible service to you.
Why has this happened?
Moving all of our healthcare staffing services under one brand makes Pulse a truly multidisciplinary healthcare specialist. We’ll be able to offer you even more work options and opportunities, streamline our operations, and deliver a more cohesive and efficient service. Plus, with Pulse, you’ll get access to a greater range of CPD events and career support.
We recognised that there could be confusion between the recruitment agency and managed service provider arms of Maxxima. We always endeavour to make the way we operate transparent and easy to understand, putting you at the heart of what we do.
Ultimately, our ambition is for Pulse to become the best healthcare staffing provider in the UK, with a collection of specialists all under one brand.
