Duty and Assessment Social Workers – Northampton– Duty and Assessment Services
Location: Northampton
Job Type: Temporary/Full Time
Maxxima are currently recruiting for Duty and Assessment Social Workers to fill a Temporary/Full Time role in Northampton. The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of Children’s Services and have significant post qualified experience.
Northampton County Council through OPUS are recruiting for 4X Qualified Social Worker Role in the Duty and Assessment Team at the rate of £36/hr . £150 weekly accommodation will apply accordingly
The Duty and Assessment service is the single point of contact for all safeguarding concerns relating to children and young people in Northamptonshire.
Professionals from a range of services that have contact with children, young people, their families and carers, collaborate to ensure immediate and prompt responses. Their combined knowledge and expertise keep children and young people in Northamptonshire safe from harm.
With a rotating duty element, working at pace and to tight deadlines, completing robust short-term quality assessments of need, ensuring the right service provision is in place and that the child's voice is evident throughout.
This role is Monday to Friday, working 37 hours per week
The pay rate for this Duty and Assessment Social Workers role is up to £36 per hour umbrella.
