Job description
Maxxima’s Nursing Team is currently recruiting for an experienced Nurse to join this new team as a REGIONAL MANAGER covering 2 sites in London.
The sites based in Stratford and Croydon, are led by an experienced Service Delivery Lead Nurse and provide health care and phlebotomy services.
Your role will be
This position is an ASAP start. Paying £35.00 per hour umbrella.
The role is available until at least the end of March 2023, with a view to extension after this date.
To be considered you must be an NMC registered Nurse with experience of leadership and be willing to work across both sites.

Your role will be
- Working 5 days a week, 5 over 6 days from the end of November
- Responsible for the provision of clinical leadership to Healthcare Support Workers and SDLs
- Focus on the day-to-day delivery of excellence in quality care provision, ensuring all clinical governance and compliance targets are met, services are safe and delivered seamlessly
- Management oversight for staff attendance and scheduling across fixed and mobile locations
- First point of escalation for operational queries
