Maxxima's Nursing Team are currently recruiting for a Senior Administrator to join this NHS team based in Ipswich. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing a team.

This NHS Access and Assessment team are the first point of contact for many service users waiting to be referred to receive the correct care.

Your daily workload will include reviewing admin provision, ensuring daily roster posts are covered, managing administrative workload and redirecting resources as necessary to meet service needs. You will arrange shifts, plan annual leave and ensure service delivery is maintained by putting information onto the E-Roster system to record leave/sickness etc. You will also run team meetings to discuss service changes as well as gathering and reviewing feedback.

This is a full time role, working Monday - Friday.

The pay rate for this Senior Administrator is £12.00 per hour (Umbrella) and is to start ASAP.

Requirements of this Senior Administrator vacancy:
* You must have excellent previous admin experience
* You must have experience in managing a team, managing performance and sickness and organising a roster.
* You must be able to work autonomously and have a good understanding of Microsoft Office.
* Previous NHS or healthcare experience is desirable.
