Senior Informatics Pharmacist - Permanent - London

Maxxima have recently partnered with one of the UK’s specialist provider of healthcare solutions. We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Informatics Pharmacist, who can provide overall support for the hospital ward. This post is based in London, which is easily accessible via public transport.

About the role:
As a Senior Informatics Pharmacist, you will support the delivery of the clinic's Medicines Optimization mission of providing a safe, effective, high quality and efficient pharmaceutical care by optimizing medicines safety and patient outcomes.

Your main responsibilities as a Senior Informatics Pharmacist:

• Optimization of medicines safety and patient outcomes through provision of excellent pharmaceutical care
• Provision of an innovative, technologically-driven 24/7 medicines management service through automation, robotics and closed loop medicines administration
• Establishment of a culture of continuous workforce training and development to cultivate an engaged, motivated and highly-skilled team
• Creation of a program of research and innovation through collaborative partnerships

What we are looking for in a Senior Informatics Pharmacist:

• Clinical reasoning skills to a range of patient requirements, possess knowledge of pharmacology and have experience in working with different teams, data analysis and electronic systems
• You will also be a GPhC registered pharmacist, and have the ability to critically analyse challenging situations, apply problem-solving skills, as well as be able to work in a pressurised environment with minimal supervision, additional to employment experience within a Hospital environment
