Maxxima’s Social Work team are currently recruiting for Service Manager to fill a role in Cardiff 
The roles will be based within Social Work Services, who are looking for Service Manager, to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis. 
The pay rate for this role is negotiable and will be based on experience of the successful candidate

Integrated Family Support Service 12-month Post 
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to gain valuable experience managing a regional, strength based, multi-disciplinary service. IFSS is an innovative service, delivering the IFST model and CRAFT to families in Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan. This is an opportunity to work with stakeholders of statutory and commissioned services; provide effective management and strategic thinking both within IFSS and across Childrens Services to shape and influence strength based practice. IFSS is a high performing service, achieving excellent outcomes for families. The service area has a strong commitment to co-production and safeguarding. If you are an enthusiastic, experienced supervisor looking to drive forward strength based practice, we would like to hear from you. Experience of commissioning would be advantageous
