Maxxima's Social Work team are currently recruiting for Children's Social Workers to fill job roles in Shropshire

The roles will be based within Children and Families Services who are looking for Qualified Social Workers to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis. The pay rate for these roles is up to £29 per hour, and the roles will initially be a three-month contract, with the likelihood of extension.

We are looking for candidate who have experience of working in a busy Statutory Childrens Service with vacancies based in the following.

We are looking for experienced Social Workers to join our Case Management Service, working and supporting children who require safeguarding and are subject to child in need plans, child protection plans and court proceedings. You will have post qualifying statutory experience and solid knowledge of legislation and Working Together 2018 alongside experience of working in frontline children's services. Access to support, regular supervision and training opportunities are extended to both permanent and agency staff. If you are thinking about commuting or moving to the area, Shropshire is a lovely place to live, with lots to do locally. We have had a number of staff move to the area from cities who enjoy the lower rents and house prices, lovely restaurants, scenic views and regular local festivals.
